IADL services must be authorized and specified in the Authorized Plan of Care. IADL tasks include assistance with:
Friendly conversation and active listening. Playing games, reading, or engaging in hobbies. Accompaniment to social events, church, or visits with friends.
Grocery shopping and prescription pick-up. Driving to appointments (hair salon, barber, non-emergency medical checkups). Assistance with dry cleaning or general shopping.
Need a break? We step in to provide trusted supervision and company for your loved one while you recharge, run errands, or work.

Planning and cooking nutritious meals; monitoring diet. Dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and changing linens. Helping sort mail, decluttering, and organizing closets.

Personal hygiene which may include combing hair, brushing teeth, shaving, washing and drying face, hands, and perineum;

Health Maintenance Activities like ostomy care, preparation of food and tube feedings, Bathing, including transfer;
